How much notice should I give if I need to cancel my appointment? Is there a cancellation fee?

As much notice as you can, greater than 24 hours' notice is recommended.

Currently, there is no cancellation fee, however, this may change in the future.

It is important to remember that if the cancellation notice is short, we are unable to offer someone else the appointment so that they can receive treatment.
