      I haven’t used Telehealth before, is a phone call fine?

      Can I do an Initial Assessment and reviews via phone call?

      Yes, if the patient isn’t familiar with how to use Zoom or Telehealth, they can opt for a phone call instead. However, not all doctors offer Zoom either.
